What is Stay-to-Play?
Stay-to-Play policies require participants to book their housing accomodations via the facility or the event’s chosen booking service or platform. This policy provides a better opportunity to track room nights generated as well as capture the maximum amount of rebate dollars.
We provide a dedicated Event Management Director for each facility in order to ensure every event, whether sporting or non-sporting, is given the attention needed to capture every room night generated at that facility. The Director of Event Management provides event specific reporting, quarterly reports and EOY reports for facility management to review and utilize as a tool to showcase the facility and the economic benefits generated by travel events.
