What hotel brands do you work with?

We work with all hotel brands.

Are there any brands that you do not work with?

No, we base our hotel selection on reviews.

Are you able to provide sport or corporate travel solutions for events or activities taking place on the West Coast?

Absolutely!

What happens if my event is canceled?

Event cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. 

On average, what is the typical per room night rebate amount?

$12-$15

How soon after my event ends will I receive my rebate check?

Within 10 - 30 days

Can you get any rooms comped?

Absolutely. It's all based on how many teams book through our system.

Will my participants still be able to use their hotel rewards?

Yes, however they cannot turn them in for free nights.

How far out can you secure room blocks?

We are currently securing rooms 3 - 5 years out.
