Until a dozen to 15 years ago, working with hotel sites about our conventions was almost as painful as lobbying the legislature. I thought I had to tackle everything myself and more often than not, let the hotels dictate what would take place, when and how much it was going to cost. Elizabeth created SiteSearch LLC in 2001 to provide service to the meetings industry in the area of hotel selection, contracting and logistics. With more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, including sales and management positions with both Hyatt and Hilton chains and Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Elizabeth’s knowledge of the inner workings of hotels has provided valuable site selection and contracting insight for her clients.

Elizabeth is a past President of the Kentucky Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and has received both the Supplier of the Year and President’s Award from the chapter. She has also received the Certified Meeting Professional designation from the International Convention Liaison Commission.



Lani Idle

Lani joined the Site Search team in 2007 after four years of Sales and Management positions with the Intercontinental Hotels Group and Choice Hotels. Prior to her hotel experience, Lani majored in Hospitality Management at Sullivan University. Her experience has been invaluable as she negotiates contracts with Hotels on behalf of her clients.

Lani handles both tournament and team travel coordination for several of SiteSearch’s major accounts. Her understanding of hotel logistics and her working knowledge of yield management has provided an invaluable advantage to her clients.



Amy Eicher

Amy joined the Site Search team in 2014 after five years of Operations, Sales and Management positions with both the Hyatt and Marriott hotel chains. Prior to her hotel experience, Amy majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Sullivan University, graduating in 2009.

Amy handles tournament coordination with both participating teams and partner hotels as well as reporting for all events at Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, Indiana.  Her understanding of hotel logistics and her working knowledge of yield management has provided an invaluable advantage to her clients.

Abbie joined the SiteSearch team in 2015 after four years of Operations and Management positions with both the Hilton and Choice hotel chains. In addition to her hotel experience, Abbie received her Bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Grand Valley State University in 2013.

Abbie's background in hotel management has given her the ability provide outstanding service to her clients and all tournament guests, while maintaining excellent relationships with all partner hotels.



Carson Weimer
Director, Business Development

Carson first joined SiteSearch back in 2010 tasked with growing our business while pursuing his degree in International Relations overseas. Since returning to the States, Carson has worked in Business Development positions at Big Data tech and International Business Intelligence companies. In 2016, Carson returned to our team and is using his experience to help SiteSearch identify and create lasting partnerships and other business development opportunities.



Angela White
Accounts Receivable Manager

Angela has been a member of the SiteSearch Team since October 2004. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in business. Angela possesses over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, working in all levels of hotel management. Angela handles all accounts receivable functions for SiteSearch. Her focus is in ensuring all invoices are generated in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment of rebates for our clients. During her time with Site Search, Angela has built solid relationships with hotel accounting managers to expedite payments. Her familiarity with various markets and hotels has proven to be of great benefit for SiteSearch.



 Debi Mattiuz
 Accounting Manager

Debi joined Site Search LLC in 2004 bringing with her 5 years of experience in the meeting and production management field. Her duties included managing the hotel arrangements for tournaments and team travel. In 2005, calling on her 10 years experience in the accounting field Debi began handling all of the accounting duties including payroll, taxes and financial reporting. Debi’s years of experience with SiteSearch certainly qualifies her as an expert in all aspects of the SiteSearch business
