Elizabeth is founder of Site Search, LLC a provider to the travel meeting industry in the area of hotel selection, contract negotiation, and logistics. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Site Search, LLC has provided expert service to Fortune 500 companies, National Associations, and major Universities. Elizabeth possesses vast experience in the hotel industry, having worked in management for both the Hyatt and Hilton chains, along with Opryland Hotel in Nashville.

Elizabeth is a past president of Meeting Professionals International Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter (KBCMPI) and has received both the "Supplier of the Year Award" and the "Presidents Award" from the chapter. She also has earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the International Convention Liaison Council.
